據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11月5日，ST的三個(gè)主要工會(huì)CAD、CFDT和CGT分別在各自所在的工廠上發(fā)起了罷工活動(dòng)。總計(jì)數(shù)百名員工參與罷工行動(dòng)，具體影響暫未知。

至于罷工的原因，工會(huì)表示：“在2020年10月28日（星期三），ST管理層對(duì)ST員工及其工作表現(xiàn)出了令人難以置信的蔑視，因?yàn)樗麄儾怀姓J(rèn)員工的努力，因此決定今年不增加（rise）員工的工資”。 簡(jiǎn)單就是因?yàn)闆](méi)漲工資，所以工會(huì)帶頭鬧情緒，搞個(gè)罷工。這在歐洲很常見(jiàn)，但ST供應(yīng)緊張，代理貿(mào)易商又有了漲價(jià)的理由。

自9月份以來(lái)，市場(chǎng)頻頻傳出缺貨潮。從最開(kāi)始的海思芯片，到上個(gè)月的AVX鉭電容，到8寸晶圓交期延長(zhǎng)半年，到國(guó)內(nèi)多家MOSFET廠家發(fā)布漲價(jià)通知，再到最近AKM工廠失火停產(chǎn)導(dǎo)致?lián)屫洺眮?lái)襲。如今，這波缺貨潮早已經(jīng)蔓延到ST意法半導(dǎo)體。

據(jù)多位業(yè)內(nèi)人士爆料稱，最近的物料真的不太穩(wěn)定，ST單片機(jī)，上午和下午價(jià)格都不一樣，一周時(shí)間價(jià)格翻了幾倍。而且ST的缺貨現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)持續(xù)了幾個(gè)月，并沒(méi)有緩解跡象，更有網(wǎng)友笑稱：“ST單片機(jī)比深圳房?jī)r(jià)漲的還快”。

CAD繼續(xù)說(shuō)，ST管理層通過(guò)讓工人支付COVID的費(fèi)用，將其視為mougeons（綿羊和鴿子的混合體）。ST管理層把防疫的成本施加在了工人身上，疫情期間發(fā)放的獎(jiǎng)金將從所有員工的工資中收回，并以此作為不漲薪的理由。

CAD表示：“管理層通過(guò)不采用COVID措施而增加了1,690萬(wàn)歐元的成本，其中包括640萬(wàn)歐元的COVID保費(fèi)和工廠補(bǔ)償費(fèi)，以此證明了這種不增加的理由，”CAD表示，“因此，這證實(shí)了人們的擔(dān)憂CAD知道，這期間發(fā)放的獎(jiǎng)金將從所有員工的工資中收回，尤其是從不在工廠工作或無(wú)法再在工廠工作的其他雇員的工資中收回。”

目前，ST的缺貨還在繼續(xù)，MCU的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格迎來(lái)了近半年的最高點(diǎn)。感受明顯的是一些非常通用的型號(hào)，如STM32F103RCT6，STM32F103VCT6從1.5漲到3.3美金，STM32F103C8T6從0.85漲到1.25美金，STM32F030K6T6從0.4漲到1.1美金，STM32F030C8T6從0.6美金漲到2.2美金，STM32F072CBT6從1.4漲到4.5美金等。ST的單片機(jī)價(jià)格漲幅為2-3倍，交期延長(zhǎng)24-30周，不同產(chǎn)品系列影響程度不一。

The three main unions at ST (CAD, CFDT and CGT) have called a strike at all ST sites from today. In Crolles, some employees went on strike last night. On the morning shift there were 60 strikers and on the mid-day shift about 150. CAD expects to see 200 on strike for the night-shift. “On Wednesday October 28, 2020, ST management showed incredible contempt for ST employees and their work by not recognising the efforts made by employees by deciding not to increase them this year, with some exceptions,” says CAD, ‘management does not recognise at all the efforts requested and made by its employees during confinement.” CAD goes on to say that ST management treats its workers as mougeons (a hybrid of sheep and pigeons) by getting them to pay for the costs of COVID. “Management justifies this non-increase, among other things, by the €16.9 million additional costs due to anti-COVID measures, including $6.4 million euros for COVID premiums and compensation in the factory,” says CAD, “it thus confirms the fears of the CAD to know that these bonuses distributed during confinement would be recovered from the wages of all employees, and in particular from the wages of other employees who do not work in the factory or who could no longer work there.”

“It is absolutely indecent that the management of ST also directly and openly funds the measures against COVID by the employees themselves,” concludes CAD. Meanwhile the CGT union points out that the 100 senior executives of ST in France receive on average € 200,000 per year with € 50,000 free shares.
