描述

TMP421，TMP422和TMP423是帶有內置本地溫度傳感器的遠程溫度傳感器監視器。遠程溫度傳感器二極管連接的晶體管通常是低成本，NPN或PNP型晶體管或二極管，是微控制器，微處理器或FPGA的組成部分。

遠程精度為±1°C適用于多個IC制造商，無需校準。雙線串行接口接受SMBus寫字節，讀字節，發送字節和接收字節命令來配置器件。

TMP421，TMP422和TMP423包括串聯電阻消除，可編程非理想因子，遠程溫度測量范圍廣（最高+ 150°C）和二極管故障檢測。

TMP421，TMP422和TMP423均采用SOT23-8封裝。 TMP421C還提供DSBGA（WCSP）封裝。
