上海伯東銷售維修德國 Pfeiffer 標準型渦輪分子泵組 Hicube Classic 系列. Hicube Classic 渦輪分子泵組適用于所有高真空和超高真空應用, 分子泵組抽速最大可達 685 l/s, 前級泵可搭配干式隔膜泵 MVP系列和旋片真空泵 DuoLine 系列. Hicube Classic 渦輪分子泵組型號包含: 分子泵組 HiCube 80 Classic, 分子泵組 HiCube 300 Classic, 分子泵組 HiCube 400 Classic和分子泵組 HiCube 700 Classic.

結合渦輪分子泵 HiPace 300 H 或 HiPace 700 H 和前級泵, 可以實現 <10-10 hPa 的極限真空.
